Fall 2020 Registration

Registration will be open February 8.

Registration Fees
$150 (plus $20 AYSO National Fee) for CORE program divisions 6U-19U
$80 (plus $20 AYSO National Fee) for CORE Playground division

Early Bird Discount (2/8 - 3/11) for CORE 6U-19U: $15 per player 

The AYSO National Fee of $20 is non-refundable and non-transferable. It allows players to participate year-round during Fall and post-season programs in winter and spring.

$5 off for the second child
$10 off of for the 3rd, 4th and 5th family members

Registration In-person Payment Dates
February 15 at Oak Intermediate School soccer field 9 am - 10 am
February 22 at the Camelia Festival Region 98 taco booth 10 am - 1 pm
February 25 at Live Oak Park in the Community Center lobby 6:30 - 7:30 pm 

Bad Check Policy
All returned checks will be charged a service fee of $35. The child or children involved will not be permitted to participate in the program until this fee plus registration fees are paid in full to the Treasurer.

Our CORE program is the foundation for all the fun, excitement and learning that happens on the fields. AYSO is best known for their CORE program – it’s where the large majority of kids fall in love with soccer and make memories that will last a lifetime.

VIP

Our VIP program welcomes players of all ages with special needs to join our team and participate in games with other AYSO VIP teams from neighboring communities. 

EXTRA

For our EXTRA program we form age-specific teams based on the level of interest from players and adult volunteers in February of each year.

Refund Policy

Player Registration – Regional Registration Fee Refund Policy

The Regional registration fee for each player participant shall be fixed annually by the regional board.

Any player who withdraws from the program shall be entitled to a full refund of such Regional registration fee less costs that are non-recoverable by the Region as follows:

  1. Before July 15th: player is entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid
  2. Between July 15th and July 31st: player is entitled to 50% of the amount paid
  3. August 1st & after: players assigned to a team are NOT eligible to receive refunds, except for any of the following reasons which entitle a player to 50% of the amount paid:
    •  Valid medical excuse – Proof of doctor's note explaining the situation is required
    •  Moved out of the AYSO AREA 1C (West San Gabriel Valley) area – Proof of new address is required
The Regional Registration fee does not include the $20 AYSO National Fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
